Dr. Kokorelis and his staff would like to warmly welcome you to our practice. Our team approach to your treatment means that each of our staff members will provide you with exceptional care and courtesy.
Our office hours are from 8:00AM – 5:00PM on Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00AM – 1:00PM on Friday. The office is closed daily from 1:00PM – 2:00PM for lunch.
Your appointments will be confirmed by phone two working days in advance. If we reach your voice mail, we ask that you phone our office with a verbal confirmation. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice.
If your medical history indicates any of the following: HEART MURMUR, MITRAL VALVE PROLAPSE, JOINT REPLACEMENT OR ANY OTHER CONDITION REQUIRING PROPHYLACTIC PRE-MEDICATION, you will need to pre-medicate prior to your consultation in our office. Please contact your medical physician should you have questions regarding pre-medication.
